If it is believed that the nullified rapist is no longer a threat to others, then there is no need to keep him in prison.
Whether nullifying him would make him no longer a threat is a question that would have to be answered, though.
As for the castration of convicted rapists, I think it should ONLY be done to repeat offenders. There have been far too many false convictions in North America. Even murders are being overturned quite regularly. To permenantly injure and alter a man it should be far beyond a reasonable doubt, and rehabilitation should be our first option. Our society is supposed to be compasionate, yet withoout even knowing all the facts we can too quickly jump to the idea of "cut his balls off".
There is also an imbalance in the justice system, when a man rapes a woman he can get a severe penalty, I believe life if he planned it and kidnapped, even if there was no severe pysical damage. Yet there have been several cases of women castrating men because they were pissed off at them and only getting a couple of years. To permanently injure an alter a persons life is just as serious, yet women seem to think its almost a joke.
As for who is dominant in our society, I think we both share in many ways, we just have different ways of doing it. And women can't complain, in just 100 years they have made huge changes in a society that has lasted for thousands of years. I agree with some of what was said, women certainly never cared about going to work when it involved going out and doing something dangerous. Only now do they want to be equal. Also don't you ladies ever forget that we men let you have the power. You didn't force it from us because we had it all, we just decided it was fair to give you what you wanted. Now just cut us a little slack and let us get used to all those changes. And no I'm not saying we can rape, just understand there is a lot for us to learn to deal with and there is no support system for men with problems like women have.
Men don't get raped by women..if it pops up that means he's ready to do it. If it's flaccid, they can't do anything, plain and simple. But if a woman sticks something up their bum now, that's rape. Men rape men too..ewww..
The reason why men don't have support groups like we do is because it doesn't happen enough and there's not that many people. If you get raped in the bum, go to a psychologist.

Wrong - Men can be raped by women.
Any woman can get a man to pop up anytime that she wants to even if he is totally unwilling or even being threatened by her. It only takes a little fondling by a woman.
