As may be obvious to those who bother to unriddle copyright law in the U.S. and in Great Britain, my original acrylic painting is fully covered under the automatic provisions of current copyright law, and therefore, the use of my copyrighted original work in the artwork of punkypink constitutes copyright infringement, and, were I fan of adversarial legal proceedings, would I suppose, entitle me to file a lawsuit for infringement.
Entitlement is not what guides my life. Rather, I am guided by an inner sense of conscientious decency.
There is no infringement action in the works.
Besides, I got a laugh from punkypink's creativity that was worth, I surmise, about ten years of my life.
Unfortunately, punkypink, I cannot afford to pay you fair market value for that laugh.
Perhaps we simply call it even?
