I know lots about stainless steels, carbon steels, certain nickels forms, and some minerals, and I Was taught heat transfer by convection and conduction. I know how to heat and cool things and I know enough metallurgy to make reactors that work at 10,000 psig and 450 Degrees Centigrade.

But I'm not going to trot all that out in relation to global warming because those "heat islands" we call cities are too complex to deal with. I"d need a text book and ten or twenty thousand words...
