Chat Rules (Modified)

Post by luvpain (imported) »

Chat Room Rules

1) Minors are not welcome on the chat (Legal reasons)

2) Talking about cutting minors will get you BANNED PERMANENTLY. (This includes talking abut cutting your kids, your neighbor kids, etc. It does not include talking about the historical aspect of castration, or news articles.)

3) Impersonating someone else will get you BANNED PERMANENTLY.

4) Personal attacks & flaming will get you tossed.

5) Discriminating, ethnic bashing or derogatory remarks will get you tossed

6) Encouraging people to harm themselves will get you tossed.

7) Switching between multiple IDs will get you tossed. (This does not include things like switching ID to indicate you have stepped out for awhile. It is more as a rule to make it easier to identify a friend you have chatted with.)

8) Blatant lies, or lies at the expense of another user will get you tossed

9) Unsolicited private chats will get you tossed, it is always best to ask in the room before starting a Private chat. (It is OK to initiate a Private chat with a Moderator if you have technical problems or an issue with another user)

10) Using an ID such as "boycutter" or anything that implies something that is against the above rules is not allowed, you will be asked to change your nickname or be ejected.

Most of the above will just get you ejected for an day or two, however if you repeatedly violate those rules you will be placed on the ban list, and possibly have an e-mail sent off to your Internet Service Provider for them to deal with you.

These Rules of Conduct are here to make the chat forum a safe and nice place to interact. Users should feel welcome and at home here.

The Moderators are in the room to help and try to keep things civilized. Questioning a Moderator's decisions or not heeding their warnings will usually result in you being ejected. The Moderators will try and give 2 warnings before ejecting a user, but certain things may result in 1 or no warnings being given.

Thank you Luvpain,

The rules you have written down are as far as I can tell very satisfying.

I have copied them into wordpad so I can paste them into the chatroom whenever needed.

Great work Luvpain.

yours Antonia

And now our friend Luvpain has fixed it so you can list them in the chat and know what they are.

Well Done.
