Orchiectomies (castrations) and penectomies in Thailand

Post by Andrew (imported) »

It would seem as if the Samui SRS Clinic will do these operations on non-transgendered males. Airfare to Thailand is cheap, and you can throw in a fun vacation before and after the operation.

I believe that site's been mentioned here before, as well.

If I'm not mistaken, they will also do full nullification on an elective basis.

Whilst the Samui Clinic has been mentioned in The Eunuch Archives and at Sherry's web site, I believe the URL I just posted is a NEW link.

And I feel the Thailand clinics need to be mentioned frequently, not only for those who want a penectomy (Hi there, Bboy!), but for those who want a simple castration in the future.

After all, Dr. Spector will die sooner or later, and I have my doubts if Dr. Kimmel will continue to do the castrations without Dr. Spector doing the counseling. So the Thailand clinics may be the best way to have a safe, legal castration.

Thank you Andrew for posting this link. This Samui Clinic site seems to have more information on orchiectomy and nullification procedures.

I did come across this site some time ago, but then I lost track of it and could not find the URL.

Now there's one thing that confuses me. On their nullification site they say:

A new urinary opening may be made between the root of the penis and the anus, this involves advanced incision and suturing skills.

Such an opening reduces the need to remove more of the penis itself to lower the urinary opening for convenience.

I always thought that this opening would have to be made if the entire penis were to be removed. Don't they remove the entire penis anyway? Whatever gential surgery I get, I want the entire penis gone, and the urinary opening lowered anyway.

Sherry

I agree with you. I would want the entire penis removed.

What is the reason for not removing all of it and how much do they leave?

Some time ago, I had read an article about penis enlargement, ( I know many here do not wish to have a larger penis, myself included), but I was curious and it went on to describe the surgical technique of enlargement. The visible part of the penis only accounts for about two thirds of the total length. The remaining one third, or root, is attached to the abdomen via ligaments. These ligaments are surgicaly cut so that penil length is increased by as much as 3 inches.

I am assuming here that the Thialand surgeons are only removing the visible part of the penis, not the remaining one third that is unseen, thus the need for uretheral relocation surgery. In my own examinations, I have felt down where the urethera makes its entry into the abdomen. It is at the base of the scrotal sack, about two inches above the rectum. This is where the new opening for the urethera should be located.
