I empty my box everyday. It is those "sent" notes that stealthily take up room if not deleted.

He never acknowledged the message.

Don't make me try PM him to find out if it is clear to PM him. 😄

Would someone set up a poll.

Which is the better nickname

A-! or "Steak Sauce" ? :D

I still vote for Steak Sauce. If only because in the right connotation it sounds a little dirty.

Bob3 Ex-BFF

sends 3 PMs in a brief period of time

and cannot receive replies because, because, because - because

his box is not allowed to overfloweth.

Bob3 Ex-BFF, do your housecleaning.

You are missing out on communications of a most serious matter.

For those who desire to hang on to your old messages, because they mean so much to you that you can't bear to see them deleted, there is good news.

First. Go to your inbox. Are you there? I'll wait... Okay, good.

Second. Look to the top right hand side, just above where your messages begin. Look for a little box you can click, marked "Messages:". There will be a number beside that (that is the number of messages on that page). If you are having trouble, it is on the same dark gray line that says "Inbox". Did you find it?... Good. Click it.

Third. Now you need to scroll down to just below the body of your messages. There you will find a button you can click, marked "Selected Messages (##) - the ## is the number of messages you have. Did you find it?... Click it.

Fourth. If you've done the above correctly, you will be looking at a list that says the following:

_ Move to folder...

_ Delete

_ Mark as read

_ Mark as unread

_ Download as XML

_ Download as CSV

_ Download as TEXT

_ Deselect All Messages

Click on the one that says, _ Download as TEXT, then click "Proceed".

That should open up a dialog box, so you can save a .txt file. Save it where you like, and can refer to it in the future.

Repeat the process for each page of messages you have.

Congratulations! You have just saved your old messages to a text file, and you can now delete them from your EA account without regrets.

Let me know if you have any problems with this method. I only just discovered this awesome feature myself, and I'm finding it pretty useful.

It's a good way to keep all those old messages and memories AND clear up your inbox so you can get some new ones.

EDIT: This works for your sent messages folder too!

YO transward, if you see this upload, <hint> <hint>

Moi

Please move Moi's previous PM's that you cherish to the saved folder to clear some space.

Remember to delete your sent ones too. They add up. :)

I think I will let mine fill so I don't get any more messages too.
