I want to know if its true...
A year or two ago, I read in the fiction archive, a story. In said story, A young man was being applied premarin cream in his cock. After some time, the man was suffering from erectile disfunction, caused for the estrogens in the cream. I was wondering if this was even possible? I would apreciate any sort of advice or help. Thanks for reading and commenting. Thanks.

The problem is long term not short term. Also there is a great range of sensitivity to estrogen and using premarin cream can go from very little effect to full suppression of testosterone and femization.
Breast development will happen, do the the extra estrogen in your system the only question will be how many months before the breasts will become noticeable.

If someone is writing with a fetish as the focus, you really should just take anything you read in there with a pinch of salt.
