I know that the "Submit"-Section isn't working for now. So, is there any way to add new storys? For example: Sending them to the "manager" of the fiction archive?

Hey,
No. Right now we are not accepting new stories. When Tal gets that section up and running, we'll let you know. There is no "end-run" around anything available.
