Wondering about this one.
I am on HRT usually take 125mgs of T per week IM
I missed a shot because of a typhoon and had it 11 days after the previous one. That was September 5th, since then and a total of 3 more (12th, 17th and 22nd) Since about September 3rd absolutely no libido though, erections in the morning but that is it. First time for me to loose the libido totally.
Has been about 1 year since the last surgery.

Do you get your T and E levels measured? I do it about once a quarter. There are clinics where you just register and pay online for the blood tests you want and then go to their site to get the blood drawn and tested. Don't even need a doctor or referal. The costs can vary depending on what you get tested. I like to get free T tested, also Progestin and some others. But for about $75 every several months you can find out your levels. And if you're getting your HRT from a doctor, they should be getting your levels checked.
Anyway, you need to know about your blood levels before you can really discuss effects like libido.
One thing to realize about T is that we have binding globulins that actually capture the T and so the free T in your blood is much less than the total T. And the amount of binding varies by person. So two people can get the same shots, and one can end up with much more free T. Also, if you get too much T then your body will aromatize it into E. If that happens you can get side effects, including reduced libido. Anyway, this is why I'm mentioning you need to get measured.

Have your Prolactin levels checked. If you have high Prolactin levels you have ZERO libido

In November I can get all the blood testing done I want, the wife will have her clinic setup. Now I am still using the hospital and the usual doctor is out with a complication of his prostate cancer (he is like 45)
After the injection on the 22nd I seem to be back fine now.
