i just thought id make this thread because there always seems to be threads on shrinkage, so why not enlargement..... does any of that enlarging stuff actually work?! seems to be a lot of controversy and jokes over it across the internet, but whats the reality? anyone actually had any experience with this?

Well, personally I find that penis pumping works. It is temporary (about a two day effect). It mostly creates thickness rather than length, and especially affects the flaccid look (but that is actually what many guys are really looking for anyway, is the locker room type effect rather than just for sex). After penis pumping, my penis is a half inch longer (goes from 6 to 6.5, measured very consistently from pubic bone and using straight ruler not measuring tape), and it gets really thick such that I can't get my hand around it and my wife can't fit it in her mouth. I definitely feel impressive after pumping. My regime is 15 minutes every other day.

I've also done a lot of stupid things with my testicles, and while I don't recommend it, I would often inject zincofax cream directly into the testicles and it built up inside to make them quite large (I'd say about double). Of course this is really dangerous to the health. You can also inject saline into the scrotum, which is totally safe (with sterile needles) but it looks more like a balloon rather than properly large testicles.

There are testicular prosthetics available that can fit over your testicles, effectively enlarging them.

Pumping is the most conman way to enlarge but it's takes a lot of time over a long period to get anything other than temporary enlargement. BME had a section on pumping.

I've tried the extender, but it really is difficult to use and very painful. The idea is that it puts tension on the penis, but the problem is that to do it you need a way to "grab" the glans. It does it with a "noose", basically a tight string or rubber strap wrapped around the glans. Not only is this painful, but it cuts off blood supply, and furthermore with my glans would slip off fairly often. Also, you really can't wear it around during the day despite claims to the contrary. I've thought that the one way it might work is to get a piercing in the glans that was solid, and then pull with that.

Be careful with putting tension on the penis as by over doing you can end up with a non-functioning (ED) penis. A sect in India practices with heavy weights and they end up with ED, there is even a Web site - It could of been an April Fools joke but I still would be careful:)
