Idea for some additional forum subjects

I was thinking maybe we could have a sports section with areas for NFL Football, Baseball, Basketball, Hockey.and College Sports

Maybe a more controversial idea could be to have areas for religious discussions, broken down by Major Religions. A sample idea could be"

Judiasim, - Orthodox +

Judiasim, - Reconstruction

Baptist

Lutheran

Islam...etc

We could turn the Eunuch Archive into a direct competitor to your local newspaper. Maybe even to the New York Times or the Guardian....

I think we have enough problems when religion is discussed. I would like to see more discussions of gender and the original intent of the site. Since we are one of the few sites that deal factually with issues of eunuchs and castration. I visit other sites for other topics. I think we need to stick with what we do best. Oh and I am very tired of religion and those that want to preach to me.

We have the political section, I don't see why members who enjoy sports couldn't have an area to gather and talk about games, or bad calls, or players...

As for the Religions....there a members who are religious and when they post have been challenged in their beliefs for it. Why not let people who want/are castrated for religious purposes to be able to talk about it in an appropriate forum?

I don't see the newspaper analogy though?

Just make a thread per topic and post it in the Cellar. It's sort of a catch-all excluding political.

Just seemed like the site was broadening into a more well rounded community. Also seems silly to have a suggestion board and it not get any use

I wish it were possible to sort or filter new posts by Forum type.

Some forums are of little to no interest to me, others of more interest.

It would make viewing new posts easier, quicker.
