Well, I'd just point out I have the character sets (or did you mean html character entities?) under control. Sounds like I might understand it better than most. I'm also teachable. I don't mind constructive criticism, and I'm generally a good editor (for English language text). But if you folks want to have all the fun yourself ...
Some of the stories on the old site -- particularly the ones in other languages or with special characters -- would have benefited from being utf-8; I'm glad to see the new site uses that. My software (and I) can replace "pretty" quote characters with ugly ones, if that's what's needed, or vice versa. I've got my British and American English dictionaries ready, depending on the author. Just give me the word -- or give me a couple of stories as a test and if I don't meet your standards, I won't offer again.
