While I am willing to be noticed, it would never occur to me to demand to be noticed.

When I observe clear signs of imminent danger, I tend to intensively request that such signs of danger be noticed, and if I have to get noticed for the signs of danger to get noticed, then I will as-though act to get noticed, but only to call attention to the danger.

Why would I ever think that my life is about me?

I'm here. Just logged in this Sunday, day and was smiling how this thread has gone to 14 replies. I was not expecting that. Many times I expect a thread to be stimulating and find nada for a day or two. Unnoticed -_ _ _ _ _-

I have been coming to EA for years now i have had my fair share of run ins with the OP's and i believe in the phrase "Absolute power corrupts absolutely" as people here get all high and might over the little things. Is this place not to share experiences and what we all have in common and become a community of like minded people or is it for the Moderators to take control and turn this place into a dictatorship type site where no one can say anything bad or even question the rules even a little...

If this does get me band from the site for speaking my mind then i am sorry but this place is not even worth my trying to come back....

My, aren't you a bit sensitive. The fact is, it takes A LOT to get booted from here - A LOT. Bobberlover, aka micropenisbobbi, far more than exceeded any standard of inappropriate posting. Then he got extreme over demanding to be reinstated. He far surpassed the standards. He would have been a lot smarter to simply lay low and shut his mouth, but that wouldnt be bobbover. If you think ops and mods aren't going to take actions when needed, think again. We will and we do, but we do so with a soft tread - unless a heavy foot is required. If you don't like it, that's OK. Usually you don't have the full picture either. If I make a mistake, I can and will reverse myself. When I am on solid ground, I will not do so. I can say the same for the other admins. Essentially, we are intent upon protecting this site, and making sure it is safe to form that community you desire. Look and you will see it.

You will note that the banned instruments are pan pipe, balloons, slide whistle and what is in reality a piece of rubber hose that is called the "Lasso D'Amore" .... various horns that never should be onstage with a symphony orchestra ever again... and a gargle.

They are not Band instruments.

What Kristoff said, and I would also like to add, there are several things that will get you ban right off, being a cutter and advertising that fact. Spamming the site, advertising, under age, I don't think anybody questions us banning for these reasons. The rest on the ban list are about a dozen over the last several years. It actually takes quite a bit to get ban from this site, and it usually comes with several warnings.

But one thing is for sure, when we ban someone, its usually we are all trying to ban that person and Kristoff wins.
