Back durring the Roman Empire, buisnessmen would put buckets and sometimes cisterns on the wall for people to use as they were walking by. Something like a penny a pee. They then sold the urine to the tanners. Urine was an essencial component in the tanning buisness.

Speaking of the uses for pee....here's something that will put you off of toothpaste. Urea, a major component of Urine, is used in the manufacture of toothpaste. Today, I beleive that it is mostly whipped up in the laborotories, but urea is actually a powerful disinfectant.
