I think your understanding of a penectomy is incomplete. Most of the time when the penis is cut off, a surgeon will make a new orifice (pee hole) underneath the scrotum in the place called the perineum, they cut the urethra open stitching it on both sides so that the male can pee like a girl/woman and therefore not need to cup his hands to direct the pee downward. They call this operation a "perineal urethrostomy." I convinced my female urologist to give me one of these even though I still have a penis, but I am castrated and at the time I had a large piercing through my glans. Here's some pics:

My mother had this operation. She was alos infibulated and as a girl all I knew was that she looked a lot different than I did. As I grew older she explained the usual stuff. I reached puberty at age 11 and discovered for myself what a clit and vagina was really for. I wanted to be like her. I thought that being smooth was a lot nicer looking than labia, clit, hair, etc. When I was 12 I had a girlfriend sew me up but my mom saw it and really got pissed off.
