Please,please, put nothing in your scrotum. Most metals are toxic. Silicon balls may eventually leak. PIP breast implants are now causing problems worldwide.

You may try "steelwerks" they used to make stainless steel testicles replacement perhaps they still do. Ask them if it you can pass the checking point at the airport without problems. LOL http://www.steelwerksextreme.com/

Steel rusts inside the human body and is not used for metal implants.

Same with brass. It's sounds like fun to have "brass balls" but they corrode and leach copper and zinc and that's not good.

And don't even think about anything with nickel plating on it. Nickel inside you would be such a disaster.

Titanium is the metal of choice for hip implants, knees, rotator cuffs, etc...

Metal balls should have about the same weight like natural balls, or at least not much heavier. Weight could cause problems by stretching your scrotum too much and cause constant discomfort.

It might be possible to get surgical steel balls from one of the bigger body jewellery suppliers, but whether you'll find a surgeon who'll put them in for you is another matter. However, it is possible to get replacement (silicone) balls inserted. But you say you've had most of your scrotum removed, so it might not be possible for a surgeon to find a cavity big enough to insert balls of any kind. You'd better let a surgeon have a look and feel first.

Keep it as a fantasy. This has been done by the legendary Jack Yount, but the weight of the balls cut the blood supply to the scrotal skin underneath the balls. As far as size goes, well I live with a scrotum filled with silicone, a lot of silicone. True, I can't sleep on my stomach. True, I can't wear speedos (except for trunks with firm leg cuffs). True, my bulge shows whatever I do. The trade off is that all these things are a turn on for me.

I have heard of a guy who poured lots of small (5mm diameter) surgical steel balls into his scrotum. I don't know how the guy has fared since.

I have a stimulator generator implanted in my lower back. It doesn't set off the airport screeners. It got picked up by a hand wand once at the courthouse - I just showed a card with an xray on it, and they said go on. My mom sets off alarms all the time with two replacement hips. Security just waves her through.

I"m in a wheelchair and I get pat searched. Even before 9/11/2001, I went to a screened area and get wanded or patted down. There's no choice if you want to fly.

With orthopedic implanted devices an identification card is included. The person is to carry that at all times when traveling.

Not only does it come in handy at airports, but if they have any trouble and need to go to a hospital it helps the physicians identify the type of device that has been implanted.

The same goes for pacemakers. Piece of advice, don't get in the same room with a MRI machine if you have ANY type of implanted device unless you have it in writing from the company that manufactured it that it is permissible.

Some of these things can cause death. You know, like a staple clamping off an aneurism on a artery or vein in the brain or anything else that could be sucked into a 15,000 Gauss or 1.5 Tesla magnet.

ok so what about people with BME-ish implants?
