My ex-wife's uncle bumped his head, went to sleep and did not wake up. He was in a Catholic hospital and was brain dead, but they kept him on it as it was against there religion to turn the machine off, no matter what the family said, that continued right up until they realized they were not going to be paid, then they had no problem shutting the machines off.
As for me, its a matter of choice, how much pain and suffering must one have before the final sleep?

Unless you believe in the rapture, then you will never die, for joy, hell Mormons seal there families forever so not only when you die but the whole family will get to spend forever together. HOW NICE.
But what if you don't like your recitatives enough to spend forever with them?
OH HELL< here we go again.

Move to Oregon when you're ready; we have an assisted suicide law permitting it.

Yes, but River... if you had your balls painless and 20 wives or so and they varied between lookers and hookers and hot mixes thereof would YOU really not want to spend an eternity doing the HORIZONTAL MAMBO without any fear of knocking them all up? Just think, they all would range from umpteen to 25. mmm mmm mmm! You could stay with one until you both got your fill and then move on to the next one in an eternal cyclic fashion...

No, you'd just have to carry a tube of lube. Or maybe some of those 'sample packages'
