Sometimes the moderator eliminates posts that he doesn't like or finds objectionable, I'm not saying that that's what happened, but it's a start. You can ask him privately.

I can speak from experience here. What you are planning will land you in the hospital, first to "treat" the remnants of your genitalia. Next to treat your mind. If you are a MtoF and plan on going through that process, this action will significantly delay your plan.
I don't know where you are from, but in the US, if you are close to a university that teaches psychology, most of them have very low cost and sometimes free clinics you can go to.
As for your banding idea? IMHO, it is not a good idea at all. You will be going to the ER. There is a WHOLE lot of pain, and after you throw up for a while, you will need a friend to drive you to the hospital. You won't be in any kind of shape to drive. Hopefully, you will still be able to dial a phone to call your friend or punch out 911. At the ER, the docs will remove everything, sew you up, and fill you full of drugs to stop clotting, antibiotics to prevent infection, and pain meds. They will want to monitor you for a day or so.
Once they have you stabilized, you get to go to a manditory psych eval. Why? Because their reasoning is if anyone would want to do that kind of harm to themselves, might still be a danger to themselves in the future. The psych ward is no picnic, because there are some seriously disturbed people there and as far as the directors of that ward go, you are too.
I hope you choose to go through the established path for MtoF. If you choose to go go through with banding, I pray you don't die.
