Well I figured I post a link for everyone one that is interested in the balls look like hanging out of the sac from the spermatic cords.

Currently as I post the photo is of a self done penectomy which isn't recommended. Sometime later tonight or early in the morning the photo will be of 2 balls hanging out of sac.
