How can I increase prolactin levels?

Stimulate both your nipples four times a day for 15 to 20 minutes each time. This can include manual manipulation of the nipple and areolar complex as well as using manual or electric breast pumps to apply and release suction.

You can take fenugreek (natural herb) in large quantities as well.

Another option is to simulate pregnancy. From what I understand (and don't take this as gospel because I've just read it elsewhere) if you take high doses of estrogen and progesterone for a long period of time, then abruptly drop the progesterone it could induce lactation.

Keep in mind that high levels of prolactin will destroy any libido. So if you are doing it for any kind of sexual thrill, you may not have an interest when you finally lactate.

Lower your T and increase your E to that of a pregnant woman and they will POP right out! Mine are REALLY getting hard to hide!!!

As someone who had an undetected prolactinoma for 12 years, I urge caution with this approach. There can be many unanticipated side effects of attempting to increase prolactin levels directly. The actual levels required to promote breast growth are extremely small and taking something that increases prolactin directly might cause a tumor. (Since I have no transexual desires, if there were some way to do it I would gladly give you my breasts.) The hormonal approaches in the last two posts are probably better.
