Well I haven't done that, but it's a good fantasy which some day could become reality, for me that is.
Of course I tie my balls securely before I pierce them so they don't roll around too much most times. However sometimes when I just pierce them, not all the way through, I jack off imagining I'm being castrated, and let the needles move around. I understand his can cause damage, but it feels good:)
