Hi,

I've pierced both my balls many many times, but I've never done it with one needle always two. For the balls to survive the procudure the scrotum needs to be supported where the needle comes through ie fingers on each side of the needle, it's of course easy to see as it starts to protrude.

In the video do you remember if the needle went into the first ball out the other side throughthe scrotum then back into the other ball or did the needle pierce both nuts with only one entrance and exit hole? I suspect that would be a little easier, but not having tried it yet, I don't know. For appearance I think piercing each ball and the scrotum ie two entrance and exit holes in the scrotum is better.

By the way, I haven't pierced my balls in almost 10 years now beause the last time my right ball swelled up to more than twice it's normal size for months. Although I'd like to be castrated by a woman, I backed off from nut piercing and now just masturbate with a 10 lb weigh suspended from my nuts while looking a propective castrix on the web, but that's another story...:tongueout

I've done a lot of testicle piercing, my latest attempt on my birthday I did 26 needles in total, into my left nut. (5 were done at 22 gauge, and 21 were done at 25 gauge)

Most of the time I don't bother piercing all the way through as there is more blood to deal with that way. However I have gone all the way through the nut and out the sac a few times, as want2b52 states it is easier to exit the sac by using fingers to support the skin near exit hole. I have done it both ways and without supporting the skin the needle doesn't want to exit easily and causes more pain.

My latest method is to band my nut(s) with a rubber band or other type of elastic bands to keep the nut(s) trapped. This allows for easier insertions and exiting as the skin is pulled fairly tight and balls have no where to go. This is also safer method as no need to worry about fingers getting poked. :p Plus it does make it easier to insert more needles.

Thanks for the input on how to pierce a pair of balls. I really want to try it but finding volunteers is a little difficult. I mention my fantasy and men run in the other direction. One guy seemed interested.

Yes you can still cum with the needles in your balls, however it is not recommended. I can say I have done it a few times, once with 10 needles in and 3 going out of balls and sac. Just remember that by jacking off, etc. while the needles are in you can easily cause lots of damage to them.

I already know that I want to be castrated and am willing to damage them until they stop working. Although I would be a little disappointed if it happened that way, since I have some bigger plans for how I want to be done. Anyways just make sure you know there are always risks, with the biggest one being infection.

Not really any pain from cumming, nothing more than just the feeling that they are in, or from moving balls around with needles in.

From all my times of sticking needles in nuts I have only had one occasion where blood has been in cum. That occurrence my nut was VERY sore for week and a half. I would recommend that you start out slow and only do a few needles at once. I find 25 gauge needles are very good, and go in easily, 27 gauge are too thin and I don't trust them much. I also like 22 gauge, and have tried bigger, but anything over 20 gauge seem to require more effort and don't go in very smooth. To me it seems like the needle is tearing through the tissue when I do over 20 gauge.

You shouldn't have much problem finding cantidates for ball skewering here. Most don't want them anyway! I have done that to myself and it was a hell-of-an-experience and also an experience-from-hell!
