From my personal experience the least painful permanent way to get rid of your sex drive is EVERCLEAR alcohol injections into your balls. I did eight sessions over about 3 months, ranging from 1.5cc to 2cc per ball per session. Hurts at first and I waited til pain subsided before doing it again. After a few sessions the pain was minimal. Of course I made sure I injected only into the meaty part of each ball and never into a blood vein or external cords or connecting tissue. Each time each ball would get really big, which was a novelty, but then shrink. They are now small, rock hard, have no sensitivity at all and have stopped producing testosterone (and I presume sperm). While I had high T I too was craving castration. But once T level fell that craving subsided. You can temporarily experience the benefits of low T by first taking Siterone, which is what I did. I liked the results and thus went on to make it permanent with alcohol injections. Everyone needs to chart their own path. I had no medical disaster from injecting alcohol, but if done improperly, not sterile, or every body is different, there is no guarantee that everyone would have the success that I had. So I tout it not as something you or anyone SHOULD do, but pass along what I did so all can judge for themselves.
