I search out porn all day at work, frequently visit prositutes (male and female), search out sex on the web (sex with other men usually, though I adore females), masturbate up to 10 times a day ..... at work, at home, in public. I hate this so much and detest my testicles, I woudl much rather have them totally gone, cut away forever .... and lead a more normal life not driven by my balls! Hi my friend, you should listen to the experience from the eunuchs on this board. We have all done it and know what we're talking about.

I also wanted it gone, no questions asked and I don't want others to tell me otherwise.

Castration and Penectomy is PERMANENT. You are sick of masturbation at present, but here might come a time you want it, even just that one time, for old times sake but you won't be able to. You'll need to take T to achieve orgasm which defies your need for castration. You'll have to remove your penis as well if you don't want to masturbate anymore because you'll still be able to do it without testicles and being on T. About 4 days after my castration op the sudden drop of T almost drove me NUTS. I hated the feeling and hoped it will not last. I was depressed and moody and then came the hot flushes!!!

So... to stop masturbating:

A) On Testosterone (to avoid nasty side effects of castration)

1) Stop looking at porn and temptations

2) Remove Testes & Penis

B) NOT on Testosterone (If you're not strong minded the effects can drive you nuts. Some new eunuchs commit suicide.)

1) Don't remove penis.

2) Just remove testes.

3) Your desire for porn and sex will drastically diminish as the T levels decline in your body.

I find 'A' to be the best option for me as you eliminate all mechanical ways to have sex while get T to 'feel' better. One CAN get VERY frustrated if you want to masturbate (even just once for old time sake), so you'll have to be strong and not even look at a man or girl until your mind becomes 'pure'. Believe me, one DOES get sick of some of those side-effects. I got hot flushes 8-10 times a day. I looked like a sweaty unclean man the whole day. Others could not understand why I get so hot on a rainy winter day. You see? I also take as little T as possible, just enough to keep lust at bay and reducing side-effects. I take 2cc of T every 3 weeks.

If you remove just your testes 'B', you'll be sexually 'dead' but without T you'll feel miserable many times. If you decide to take T, your sex drive will return and still having your penis you're back to masturbations, lust, porn etc. Back to square one!

So decide very carefully what you want to do. To kill your sex drive is not as simple as just chopping of you testes. Consider all these things. Before chopping, you MUST firs do some research (Do I have a burdizzo, Lidocain, Needles, Elastrator, Do some banding play and find out if you like nullo look, do chemicals castration and discover if you can cope with the side-effects)

Now...how to loose your testes?:

1) Get a doc to do it. This is the best way. If you're really desperate, I know you'll find a way. Destroy your nuts and let the doc remove them.

2) Alcohol Injections work well.

3) Burdizzo, not so good

4) Elastrator, not so good

5) Cut it off yourself and RUN to the ER. They will fix you up and you'll talk to a shrink. Hopefully a female one. Just act same and composed.

Every eunuch found a way. It just depends how desperate you are to accomplish your goal.

Yep, we're in the same boat.

My suggesion is this: do something to temporarily (5 years) reduce sex drive -- either SSRI or chem castration or both, and then while libido is lowered work through the psychiatric issues (self-loathing, "I'm sorry", etc.)

At the end of that, you may find, like I did, a tolerable balance where you may still be a horndog, but it is somewhat less distracting and somewhat more natural and enjoyable.

Also, I see a bit of bisexual/gay aspect to your issue. Don't castrate yourself to prevent orientation! That is another aspect that you need to work through psychiatrically. So what if you like guys? Maybe you actually like guys better?

You get a doctor to agree with it by talking to them and convincing them it is to your benefit. That may take time but having a good medical person who you trust and who understands and trusts your judgment is most of the battle.

where and how do I get siterone? My very first preference is to have my balls removed, totally. There must be someone who can guide me/help me in or near Brisbane, I am willing to travel and pay. I am so desperate. I hate my balls with a deep deep hatred and really do need a more normal life with less sexually orientated lifestyle. Thanks everyone.

Most all of us here understand and are sympathetic to your plight. Wanting castration is one thing, getting it done safely is another. Most all of us here would not suggest banding because it's extremely painful and you won't be able to endure it without a powerful numbing agent, same thing is true with burdizzo. The after effects of a banding are not pretty, there are pictures of castr8edmale's banding and it looks hideous.

As for the alcohol injections, they appear to be the safest, however no one knows how safe they are or an exact dosage for the injection. There may be some other unknowns about it. Safest is to find a sympathetic urologist or counselor. Several men have used the extreme pain method in their testicles to convince doctors to remove them. This is hit and miss, most doctors will commit you to pain medication for years before doing anything as serious as castration, especially if you're young. Female doctors are more sympathetic for the most part and tend not to be concerned about testicles as much as their male colleagues. A woman physician might refer you to a urologist, but I'd ask for a female urologist. Any damage to your testicles might also encourage them to remove them.

Really the only one that looks THAT bad is the last one - where the infection set in.

I have been looking for many years to get rid of my testicles as I suffer from the same probs I had 1 removed a few years back by docs as they thought I had mass in testicle so they operated but had post op infection very seriously I did the chemical castration drug depo provera very good results so I would try that way first then if you like the results go for orchiectomy there are many surgeons in India and Thailand if finances allow or damage them using alcohol injections then go to docs but that could be the long way round. When i have some money and time to recover I'm going to go to thailand for my orchiectomy.
