as a pretty active guy i need the right ( best) medication combo. to irradiate orgasm & ejaculation release. for me & my younger buddy. i want him (& I ) to get hard but not be able to experience or enjoy ejaculation , as he cums like a horse.

SSRIs tend to be pretty effective at retarding ejaculation, let alone allowing for orgasm. For example, effexor, also known as No-Sexor - but be wary; the withdrawal syndrome is hideous, as it is for many SSRIs.
