browes doesn't seem to be woking

i have tried posting pictures in personals, browes tab when clicked doesn't allow me to download picture. please advise what i'am doing wrong.

I dont think so. I just uploaded a lot of pictures without much problems, while having flash blocked. Its seems there is an issue with the flash uploader.
