A chastity device used routinely by the medical establishment
Did you know that the conventional medical establishment routinely uses a chastity device on male patients that makes sexual intercourse impossible, and even makes erections painful?
Can you guess what it is?

The answer is: An indwelling catheter.
A devious instrument indeed! Although probably not intended that way, i
I think that doctors who make men wear indwelling catheters should also offer to prescribe them anti-androgens/estrogens.

In fact, the erections are so painful that I'm getting to really hate my penis. I almost wonder if I would have less pain overall if I were to chop off the offending body part with a butcher knife!!!

I doubt that chopping off penis would help, and chopping off both penis and balls wouldn't give you any instant relief. You would still get errections for a while after balls were removed, due to the Testosterone still floating inside.
My guess would be the errections would be more painful after chopping of penis than dealing with the catheter. Since the errections would be placing great pressure on the wound.

Happ~,
IF we may ask, why are you stuck wearing an indwelling catheter?
Was it difficult getting it set it, and if so, do you think the hose is too large in diameter? I've been cath'd a few times, and I found it to be a rather enjoyable experience; but then again, I'm a bit strange ... Certainly, trying to force a garden hose up through a hole the size of the average urethra isn't going to be pleasant.
I wouldn't try to hack the offending member off though, you might nick the catheter and make a real mess of things and have to have some rather expensive clean-up surgery done.

I got something stuck in my urethra from urethral sounding play, and the doctors had to make an incision in the perinium to remove it (they couldn't get it out with a scope for some reason).
I'm guessing the catheter is to allow the incision in the perinium to heal.

Yeah, if I really wanted to take things into my own hands, it would be easier to find a syringe, deflate the balloon, and take the catheter out.

Dude:
Okay, that's it. SOMEONE AROUND HERE IS GONNA EXPLAIN TO ME, the dumb unenlightened female, THE WHOLE SOUNDING PHENOMENON.
(whines) I've seen photos, I've seen net-shorts on it. I don't get it. I just don't get it. And I'm not belittling or demeaning this form of self-torture (?), but why in all of this glorious green earth would a sound be pleasurable? Please explain this in a way a female can understand. Hell, if it's too graphic, send me a pm.
I've been cathed TWICE. I HATE IT! There's nothing pleasurable about a hose going into my urethra. Did women get cheated out of that part when we were created where we too couldn't enjoy something there?
(still whining) Someone please shed light on this. It makes me cringe and cross my legs when I see what men do themselves on bodmod.com. yet, for the sheer shock of it all, i still watch.
Hopeless,
Neo

A man's cock penetrates a woman's vagina and moves about therein, inside, back and forth, up and down, in and out... Eventually, the woman (well, at least this SHOULD happen) enjoys it to the point of orgasm.
To be blunt, if done right, urethral sounding for a man FEELS GOOD. There's a very unique sensation to something sliding about in there and touching tissues that are very sensitive that otherwise would go through life with never being touched by anything except for the outgoing stream of urine.
I don't know if equating this to a lady being screwed is a valid comparison or not, but it was the best I could come up with.

(sniffle)
Thank you. I hate being in the dark about such things.
Okay, next Q.:
I see the sounds with knobs on them that sometimes go thru an incision on the underside of the penis. Okay, is this for body jewelry, pleasure or for pleasuring a female as well?
Q2: Is it painful during an erection (or non-erection).
Q3: (still trying to grasp this) It just feel's good to the point of orgasm, or just something "cool" to enjoy?
Gimme a little time. I'll catch on.
TY
