It does seem odd. I'm guessing that by liposuction he's going to remove excess fatty tissue from around your groin along with the flap of penile skin. But again, why can't this be done in one operation? Hmmm, strange. Could more money be the issue?

So, my dear brethren, I went to the Plastic Surgeon yesterday. The sad news is that he decided to do the urethral relocation and smoothing up in two more phases. In a week or so, he is going to perform a liposuction in my groin area and cut off that horrible piece of skin flapping around.

Then after 3 months, he will perform the urethral relocation and smooting up operation.

Darn, I wish that all this can be over with.

Thanks for your encouragements guys. I'm not sure why he wants to do it in 2 phases. Maybe he wants more money. I pleaded with him to finish things now but he is very adamant about his prognosis.

I'm going to hospital on coming Thursday for the 1st phase reconstruction. Pray for me.

I must tell you guys something VERY amazing. My brain CANNOT remember my external penis. No matter how hard I try to remember what it felt like to the touch, I just can't remember. I can't remember what the glans felt like. I tried to remember what a BJ or jacking off felt like . The memory just is'nt there anymore. It's like explaining to a girl what a penis feels like. She will never know. That's the same with me.

So, for those who want to know if one will get very depressed when losing their penis I can honestly say that "You can't miss (or get depressed) losing your penis as your brain rewires itself. It will be like you never had it in the first place"!

Are there any penectomized member here that agrees (experienced) the same?

PS. You will be depressed if you cut of your penis but still want sex or orgasm. You won't miss your penis, but reaching orgasm will be a son-of-a....

Are you using or receiving any testosterone into your body? I wonder if the depletion of testosterone prompts memory loss of your penis. I believe a true eunuch who does not use any type or form of testosterone, loses not only sexual desire, but sexual awareness and identity. In other words, when testosterone is removed from one's body, the brain is short-circuited in regards to things that were male, estrogen rises, thus you cannot remember your penis or testicles because testosterone is needed to retrieve those memories. It may also be true that the rise of estrogen inhibits male thoughts. Just a hunch or theory, but there has to be some truth in there.

Hi guys! Once again I'm laying in the hospital bed having had my second operation last Thursday. The surgeon lipo-sucked my groin area, closed the original pee-hole, relocated my urethra more south, and chopped of that piece of flapping skin.

Now I'm recovering in hospital (day 7 already) waiting for the swelling to subside completely to see the result. I should be smooth now.

I have my last op in August to remove the stump.

Things are moving to an end!

Wonderful great news, congrats! Hope they let you go very soon. Keep us posted, your journey is remarkable and it's so beneficial to our community. Along that line, if you're not going to use any testosterone therapy, I believe your stump won't be a stump in a very short:) time. Without testosterone supplementation, it will shrink a lot and possibly, depending on how the reroute is made, you won't feel the need to have it removed. I understand your desire to get rid of every minuscule part of your penis, I just don't like surgery and if I don't see a penis and don't feel a penis, then it's not worth the surgery, but that's me. I also realize psychologically, that you might not be able to live with any part or piece of your penis still attached to you. Whatever you choose to do, I prayerfully wish you the best of luck.

Castr8edmale, tribes.net, continued to use testosterone therapy after he amputated his penis and the erecting stump bothered him terribly, so he had it removed. I don't know what happens now to a complete nullo who has had everything removed but continues to supplement with testosterone. I'm not sure if there's any sexual feeling left and if there is, how one would satisfy this graving.

Always the curious one, I forgot to ask, "What's the purpose of lipo-suction on your groin?" I thought lipo-suction was to remove fat? Without your penis, scrotum, and testicles, was he lipo-suctioning some blood or fat combined? I'm theorizing that in order to get the groin region as flat as possible, for the sake of the urethra relocation, he lipo-suctioned the area as much as he could.
