Low libido

Post by organman (imported) »

Having issues with libido lately. Not castrated, but suddenly developed it in the last few months. Bothers me more than my wife, and I'm not sure how to regain it. I'm only in my early 20s for crying out loud!

Anyone have some good advice out there?

Preferably start with a urologist.

And there are specialty clinics that deal in male issues.

An ordinary MD would not be my first choice.

The body's hormones are complex and inter-related.

You might need to ultimately see an endocrinologist.

See your doctor, get blood tests, get a referral to an endocrinologist if necessary. Monitor your blood levels for several months with repeated blood tests. They should be able to tell you if your issue is chemical/biological in nature.

Like the other posters said, You need to see a doctor as there are medical causes for loss of libido, all will require you to see a doctor to get treatment.

If the questions below do not apply you should go to the doctor ASAP and not wait.

questions:

In the last month or so have you started a new medication?

Are you a long term Anabolic Steroids user?

Have you taken Estrogen?

Need you have a viral or other infection with affected your testicles?

Have you abused your testicles during sex play?

Have you had untreated testicle pain?

Have your testicles atrophied (gotten small)?

If your testicles have stopped working, you will have to see a doctor to get HRT.
