Technology is evolving us, says Amber Case, as we become a screen-staring, button-clicking new version of homo sapiens. We now rely on "external brains" (cell phones and computers) to communicate, remember, even live out secondary lives. But will these machines ultimately connect or conquer us? Case offers surprising insight into our cyborg selves.

I read this and thought to myself, this guy is totally out to lunch, I clicked a couple buttons to get to this site, then did a look up for references, grabbed my Cell phone to call Talula, the computer guy but he was busy doing a massive down load while playing WOW, which is something I should be doing in stead of letting this site send me off the deep end, (small break, had to get another cup of tea then back in my recliner to finish this post) so you my friends do you find yourself talking to a screen all day????? I must get back into WOW and go do my daily's then jump on my druid pick up Lilac and IEunuch and go kill some monsters, we must save world.

Really, I don't think the guy has a clue.

Heh I play wow myself, but not often enough to call myself a gamer I guess, I've been at it 14 months, and I have a 72 druid and a 72 paladin, both on different realms to visit with friends.
