F2M hormone doses?

On another thread, Danya and I have been discussing dosage of injectable estrogen. It turns out that our differences of opinion were largely the result of a misplaced decimal place. But it got me thinking, there are a number of F2M trans folk on this board. It would be interesting and educational to know what your hormone regimen is. Not wanting to hijack Danya's blog, I am starting a new thread.

The question is addressed to those on this site who are taking feminizing hormones. What form of estrogen are you taking, at what dose and how often? Are you pleased with the results? If your blood levels are monitored where are they? Are you taking blockers? What and how much? I am not looking for those who are doing herbal alone unless it is in addition to hormones.

For me I am takeing injectable Delestrogen, 16 mg about every 2 1/2 weeks. I took spiro at 200 mg daily for about 5 years, discontinued it and noticed no changes so I assume my testes are dead. My blood levels are high normal for females (I cut dosage from 20 mg and stretched time between shots a few days to lower it a bit). Have achieved small C cup. Quite satisfied with hormone effects.

I've been on 50mg Siterone and 8 mg 17-beta estradiol hemihydrate (sub-lingually) daily for over a year. I started a series of ethanol injections in December 2010. My GP checks my lipid profile and liver enzymes every six months, but we've not specifically checked my T and E levels in over a year. I'm expecting a surgery referral letter from my therapist in two weeks, so I've got a good idea of what my T levels will be then at which time I'll decrease my daily E intake to 6 mg.
