Well it was bound to happen eventually

Post by KimiRhoze (imported) »

For the first time in about 3-4 years, I've finally caught a cold, I'd been lucky to dodge it for so long, but I guess maybe the stress of my move, the injections, and all the changes I've been making lately have taken a toll on my immune system. If I die, don't chop me into pieces just to look at what my insides looked like cause autopsies freak me out. :D

I am not sure I should even post, I might catch it, damn.

Just remember no matter what you do or what you take Doctors all agree it takes about 2 weeks to get over a cold, now you could try some of those remedies and you might get rid of it in about 14 days.

I don't get sick very often either, or very seriously. But on the occasions I do I admit I'm a major wimp. The thing that always gets me thinking is that you really don't appreciate your health until it is gone. When I'm healthy, I just don't realize how much it sucks to be sick. And to think of all the people that are chronically sick, and even worse is terminal illness.

Most people die sick. That's a real bummer because when I'm healthy I can face anything and am sure I could be stoic in the face of death, but a long lingering illness would really sap that out of a person.

Anyway, didn't mean to be morbid. Just everyone remember to enjoy their health when they've got it, and to empathize with those who don't.

One fresh California Foster Farms Chicken washed and seasoned and cut up.

Place in a pot with celary, onion, peppercorns, garlic, cover with water and boil for one hour in a pressure cooker or three hours at standard 1G.

Remove celery, garlic and onion and add some carrots and saffron threads.

Boil another 1 hour in a pressure cooker or three hours at standard gravity.

If you live in snow country, place the pot outside for a quick cool down and skim the solidified fat.

Get better.

Moi's Chicken Soup

Sometimes add a few beef neck or shank bones.

It cures colds and aids surgery recovery, chemo and radiation sickness is also helped.

:)

When, exactly, did Foster Farms start paying you to advertise for them? --FLO--
