I would assume that if you're already so heavily modified that it should be pretty easy to get a psychiatrist to support you completing the job. Also, you could reference a problem such as urination problems or painful erections to try to convince any urologist to finish it up.

But if you've already found ways to accomplish so much, how come you can't proceed to get it done the way you got the rest done?

Also, one of the best balances between do-it-yourself/cutters and proper surgeon is to do something to it that forces the real surgeon to have to address it. For example, if you used banding on the stump for 24 hours then it would be sufficiently necrotic to necessitate complete amputation.

Basically, as long as you're willing to face the medical people without worrying too much about embarrassment you should be able to head them in the direction you want/need.

Here's a listing. Dr. McGinn is in New Hope Pa, about 3 1/2 hours drive from D.C. "In order to have an Orchiectomy, you must first consult with Dr. McGinn and have 2 Letters of Recommendation for Surgery from Mental Health Care providers. Dr. McGinn strongly recommends Estrogen Replacement therapy after this surgery in order to prevent oesteoporosis." Not sure what's really required by her because a Mental Health Care Provider is somewhat ambiguous. Mental Health Counselor? Therapist? Psychologist? Psychiatrist? Find out what she wants exactly and do it. There's no harm in going to a Mental Health Care Provider, suggest you use a female because most female ones I've used have been more understanding.
