Hi everyone,

Could someone please inform me of the methods how to get an orgasm if you don't have testicles and a penis anymore. I've read that people have achieved it, but I just cannot seem to find the right spots.

Uh, wow. I wasn't expecting that. LoL. I should have guessed though being on xtube. I might add that some guys are able to cum by milking their prostate. If you search the web on "prostate milking" you will find plenty of information. I have had orgasms that way and they are much much different for me than a normal orgasm. It is more of an all body experience and I don't ejaculate. I also can't orgasm that way if I touch my package in any way during the milking.

Hmmm? So you've become a nullo? You no longer have a penis or testicles? Well, achieving an orgasm can be a lot more difficult. roadrunner99 had his penis cut off and even though he has his testicles, he cannot orgasm. On the other hand, castr8edmale is a complete nullo and states that he still has his penis bulb, which, by using testosterone supplementation allows him to orgasm.

So there are several things that are necessary for orgasm, but everyone is different and that's what makes things difficult to assess. My question is, "Do you have any penis left at all?" If so, then potentially you should be able to achieve an orgasm with a little testosterone supplementation. Without testosterone supplementation orgasm will be difficult, really, you won't care about orgasms, even if you attempt it, your desire will fade quickly. However, if you cut your penis off at the base, you may have damaged the pudendal/dorsal nerve, and then you might have a greater difficulty in achieving orgasm.

"The pudendal/dorsal nerve innervates the penis and clitoris, bulbospongiosus and ischiocavernosus muscles, and areas around the scrotum, perineum, and anus. At sexual climax, the spasms in the bulbospongiosus and ischiocavernous results in ejaculation in the male and most of the feelings of orgasm in both sexes." So the pudendal nerve is necessary for orgasm.

I still have my testicles but have been modifying my penis for quite some time. As a result of my urethral reroute and glans liberation a lot of the nerves to the glans and frenum area of my penis have been cut and consequently I have lost a lot of penile sensitivity. At first I was concerned about this but since have learned that my penis was always too large a part of my orgasms and have actually distasted from my true enjoyment.

As we get older one thing we often learn is that it is not the quick thrills but the ones that we have to work at that are the longer lasting and more enjoyable. The extremely intense orgasms actually do come form a combination of all of the stimulations. Being fully mentally aroused and taking the time to enjoy stimulation from all parts of the body including the nipples, groin, chest, legs, and buttock areas during masturbation have provided me with the greatest mind blowing orgasms while being able to reach orgasm multiple times quickly.

Because of these recent experiences I have started experimenting with masturbating without touching my glans or penis shaft beyond the root to determine if it would be possible for me to orgasm without the majority of my penis. (I have always wanted to have a smooth crotch anyway) What I have discovered is that if I am trying for a quick orgasm without being mentally involved sexually, or taking the time to relax and stimulate the rest of my body gradually, I cannot orgasm regardless of how hard I try. The harder I try the worse it is. The only way I can have a quick orgasm is by employing my penis.

However, if I am sexually aroused mentally, relax and enjoy my body I have discovered that I can have a very intense orgasm by stimulating just the portion of my penis inside my scrotum or the bulbous part of my urethra and penis root after I am properly mentally and physically stimulated.

Now that I have that confidence that I can orgasm under those conditions and involving my penis, I have been finding that I am learning more about my body and the other things that really turn me on that I never knew before. With additional practice I am finding that I do not want to involve my penis -at all- during masturbation as the orgasms are so much more enjoyable and gratifying without it. So far I have limited this experimentation to my masturbation as I know this would be the more difficult situation for me. Sexual experiences with a female partner are always more stimulating both physically and mentally.

So my answer to the question "Is it possible to orgasm without a penis?" is YES, it is absolutely possible -- and actually can be preferable. Having adequate testosterone would however be the necessary condition! (I suspect!)

I have separated most of my glans from my penis shaft shaft by cutting between the glans and shaft along the rim of the glans. I started from the frenum area, cut across, and through the urethra and stopped about a quarter inch from the top of the shaft. The glans can now be moved around freely from the shaft (I can actually fold it backward over the top of my shaft) and there is now additional surface for sensitive on the tip of the shaft and underside of the glans. The remaining flesh keeping it attached contains the dorsal arteries and nerves so the glans still swells with an erection making it stand free from the shaft. Even though the range of sensations have increased due to the increased surface area, nerves were still cut through, so the sensitivity of the glans and frenum area are now about 25% of what they were originally.

One interesting thing with this mod is that the end of the exposed shaft becomes rock hard (without the glans cushioning it) with an erection and certainly feels different and is exciting in itself.

Assuming more than a few weeks have passed since you lost your testes, you need some testosterone, beyond what your adrenal glands provide; everybody's different, some would probably need a little while others need more.

Then I imagine you would need something to stimulate. If there is nothing left of your external penis, but if your internal "plumbing" is still intact [prostate, pudendal nerve (as mentioned in the thread), the internal bulb of the penis, the seminal vesicles], then i'd imagine that you could achieve orgasm by locating (it's probably pretty close to your pee hole), pressing on and stimulating the bulb of the penis through your skin or by using your finger, a toy or a friend to stimulate your prostate. I think keeping the pudendal nerve intact and undamaged is probably important, but I'm not a urologist so I don't know.

Come to think of it, a (sympathetic) urologist could probably help you figure this out if you can't do so by trial and error yourself.
