So...what were the changes you had after castration?

I found, and now lost, some medical studies that were performed following WW2 on military personnel who had lost their balls due to military battle. It was interesting to note that several mean did report that they experienced frequent and better than ever erections and sex; and they were not taking any hormone replacements. There was no explanation for this. While I am not castrated, my low T of 46 is probably almost as effective. My sex drive is gone and I hope I am not one of those people who still crave sex and have a sex drive and sexual performance ability.

What about your need of physical affection? Is it gone too? Without the act of sexual intercourse, are the kiss, affectionate touch, caress, cuddle, and so on still there?

The studies, done in the last 1940's and early 1950's made no such evaluations about intrinsic human values, just sexual ability.

As for myself, with my sexual fires extinguished, I am able to look at, and relate to people who are attractive, good looking, you know, really HOT, in an objective way; they don't "get my juices flowing". It is much easier to interact with attractive people looking at them as people and not as a desirable sex object.

I am still going through changes. Though not castrated, my self-treatments have enabled me to achieve a T level of 46 (most recent reading). I already went through Testosterone Deficiency Syndrome (TDS) a couple of years ago. Although my recent new drop from the mid 100's to 46 has caused me to experience again some TDS effects, like tired, weak, loss of interest and concentration; not as radical as before but not desirable. Now that it appears I have finally achieved low testosterone nirvana, per Dr. prescription, I will use TRT to elevate the T level. My goal is for that to be just enough to minimize low T side effects but not high enough to reactivate sexuality.

I would imagine everyone would experience different feelings in their mental, emotional, and physical being with sudden loss of T, either chemically caused or physical castration. Only through words can we possibly hope to relate and equate our experiences to/with one another. As we age we go through those changes so gradually the effects are not as dramatic, although ultimately noticeable.
