Since I have been trying to change my diet, I skipped the soda section and began looking in the section of the supermarket with the "healthy" drinks. I was paying attention to sodium and fat, so they looked good. Wifey pointed out the sugar. When you look at the sugar content of the drinks that boast all natural fruit and berry juices and come with brand names that are totally un-corporate, you will be horrified.
Ultimately, the solution almost has to be to buy a juicer and make your own, which is not all that difficult. That way you control sugar, sodium, fat, etc.
