Have you been castrated? Castration and then not having sex will cause it to shrink.

Whoa there, don't castrate yourself just to shrink your penis. Castration, becoming a eunuch is a life changing event and only properly trained surgeons should do the surgery. Chemical castration will give you a dry run to see if you like having a small shrunken non-erecting penis. Find a psychologist and pursue chemical castration. All you need to tell a female psychologist is that you can stop looking a porn, that it's consuming your life, she'll hook you up with the drugs you need to be chemically castrated.

You can use various "castration" drugs and possibly even DHT suppressors like Avodart that will likely shrink your dick, but you will probably only lose an inch or two, if you're still able to have an erection.

Even with castration, it probably won't lose more erectile length than that, but some here that are non HRT eunuchs might be able to answer that better than I can.

I've been using a generic form of Avodart for almost a year, and my penis is about an inch shorter erect than it was before I started it. This has been an unexpected side effect of the drug, but not unnecessarily an undesired effect. Although I don't expect it to get much shorter - girth seems to be the same - I'm curious to see how small it will get.

While my penis has shrunk, my nipples have grown, just the nipples, not the breast tissue.

As I've stated elsewhere, most of my orgasms are also dry. Anytime you mess with your hormones, you could have unintended consequences, and the drugs could affect each individual differently.

I've been

on spironolactone first for one year, and cyproterone acetate for the next year, as well as estrogen both years. My formerly 6.5-to-7-inch erect penis is now about one inch shorter on the rare occasions I choose to have an erection. As with everything else hormone- and anatomy-related, "your mileage may vary".

I seriously doubt you can achieve the kind of major reduction you're describing, without surgery.
