You're correct. There is no sperm in a eunuch - that's kinda one of the points. That's why we were entrusted with Vestigal Virgins, the king's daughters, his harems, etc.

I once had it explained to me like this - sperm are like the boats and seminal fluid is the river. No boats but the river remains.

After a few days or two or three weeks, the ability to get erect is more and more difficult.
