I do not think there is much missing from my orgasms other than the sense of something being ejaculated. Still intense and satisfying to me. I think what is interesting how many more ways I can achieve orgasm. Brian one day caused me to have an orgasm in a way that surprised him. I believe a eunuch orgasm, is in more ways, like a female orgasm. That's from my experience, I think without my testicles and scrotum, it takes longer to get excited (like a woman) and I need more touching, more stimulation, more foreplay to get aroused (like a woman).
