Ath the very least im SURE my balls would never be the same again :) has anyone else had such rapid testicle shrinkage?

Wow! Hope you are under the watchful care of a doctor. That's a huge amount of hormones you are taking. For example, I don't see any benefit of taking both DP and spiro. Their functions should be the same - to reduce your androgen. But by "covering all the basis", you are putting a double load on your liver.

Not being a doctor, I can't comment on reversability of your changes. I gut feel is probably the same as yours. I am extremely worried about your liver and other internal organs, hoping that they won't change in a way that may cause problems later.

spiro alone works fine for me. but the side effects of the necessary dose are unplesant. and dp alone just didnt seem to work well enough. I also base this on some experimentation i did in my early 20s. so i use dp and a small amount of spiro to top it off. as for the hormones. i didnt think that was all that much. as far as im aware people take 4-8 mg of estrofem a day easy, and the progynon depo is only 10 mg a week. 40 to 80 mg a month is not uncommon. the transdermal gel is actually supposed to be an eventual replacement for the estrofem to spare my liver some extra work. im currently looking for a doctor but so far have been unable to locate a suitable one near me. I didn't think any of this was too much but if im wrong please dont hesitate to tell me as i need all the advise i can get untill i finda doctor

While you're definitely "covering all your bases", it's my personal opinion (I am *NOT* a medical professional) so long as you remain consistent in your medications, you should be fine. People who frequently start/stop or take excessive doses (>8 mg estradiol/day, >200 mg spironolactone, or >100 mg cyproterone acetate) are at much higher risk. Stopping/starting estrogen repeatedly stresses your liver, too much spiro stresses your kidneys, and too much cyproterone stresses your overall hormonal balance of T, FSH, and LH.

Keep your levels safe and have them monitored with regular blood tests, stay consistent, and good luck to you. :)

I'm can't really tell because I missed to really compare my balls before I started hrt but after I checked them a few weeks in that one was smaller than the other one. Now that they are really shriveled up they are almost the same size. I think my left one always was a little smaller to begin with but I' almost shure that the shrinking began after a few days?/weeks.

Also think your dosage is safe. Everything above 200mg spiro or 8mg estrogen I would consider as high.

I don't have any idea of the combined effects on your liver. Transdermal gel does reduce the load on liver but not completely (I read that on some other posts).

Don't know if you're taking any other medications. I have been on both cholesterol and blood pressure meds for some time under the care of a cardiologist. Since both pose liver and kidney risks, I have to take tests for my liver and kidney functions any way. When I started on Androcur, I just upped the frequency to once every 4 months as a way to monitor for warning signs. Maybe, you could consider similar routes(?)

the idea is to phase in the transdermal as i phase out the oral. even so i bought enough oral for like 6 or 8 months at 2x a day so it can be a backup for some time to come. i also think im going to up the frequency of the dp shots and discontinue spiro all together. it works so well but the side effects suck too much. im already diabetic and i already pee a lot but spiro makes it rediculous. i wont really know the right levels though till i find a doctor. the clost ones that handle trans issues are in center city philadelphia. and by car or train thats at least an hour and fifteen minutes. probably more depending on where im going.
