Hi, my name is Rayne and I'm a MtF living in Wyoming. My need is a very real one.
There are two groups when it comes to castration: Fantasy and reality.
Nothing wrong with fantasy at all but I'm not in that group.
I'm a MtF and have been living full time for over 2 years now. I know I'll never be able to afford the SRS or even the orchi so I'm looking for another way. Ridding myself of the testciles will be a step in the right direction.
I've been on hormones and have felt the effects of chemical castration and loved it! I want to take that next step and I'm looking for someone to help.
I'd rather not do this on my own, but if I have to I will.
Rayne

Some men on here have been successful using alcohol injections , but what the risks of doing this are is not well known.

I am sympathetic to your situation but no matter what happens or how badly you desire it, please do not do this by yourself at your own hand. At least have someone there with you when it does happen if you get to that point, just in case you need urgent medical attention.

I couldn't agree more. I am also desperate on getting rid of mine but i wouldn't dare do it all by myself.

Re: Hello from Wyoming
I have been desperate to get rid of mine (total) for years. However, to accomplish that my doctor must say that it is medically necessary. My wife would not agree otherwise even though she no longer has any desire for them.
What can I do to get my doctor to say that total removal is medically necessary?
