What medications or supplements usually result in dry orgasms over time? I ask here because I want to know from personal experiences if there are other effects, complications, unexpected positives, and how well it's tolerated with the body. And, of them, which ones result in it being more permanent (dry orgasm) as opposed to those that only work as long as they're administered?
It's probably not part of what you're asking about, but Brachytherapy often results in dry orgasms. In my case, I had prostate cancer and was treated with radioactive 'seeds' inserted into my prostate (Brachytherapy) which ablated (atrophied) my prostate completely. I still have very intense orgasms (double orgasms, as I call them that seem to go on forever) but no ejaculate, except maybe a drop or two sometimes.
I too had prostate cancer. Mine was removed surgically. Because it was an aggressive form they did not do the nerve sparing procedure. Thus I am totaly impotent. But the nerves that provide orgasm are intact. Thus I have really nice orgasms with no erection and totally dry. basically I have a large clit. Of course it has been shrinking nicely as well. It is a terrible way to end up this way but honestly I love this new result. As a mod fetishist this is top notch.

Well it's cheap and the only testosterone/dht-blocker that I can get hold of in my country without prescription.
If you search the forum you will find a few posts about my experiences with early hrt.
In the beginning the diuretic effect of the drug was pretty annoying but that vanished after the first months. I cannot tell about the feminizing effect of spiro alone because I added estrogen only a few weeks after I started spiro but as far as I can remember my nipples became hard more than pre hrt before I started the estrogen.
In the beginning I was pretty concerned about my potassium intake but as long as you avoid food which contains high levels of it like bananas or potatoes you should be fine. (I do eat potatoes but not as much as I did before hrt and never had odd cramps and stuff).
Thank you butcherbaby for supplying this information on the boards.
I have just started on Spironolactone and am quite concerned about my potassium intake and possible heart problems with being on it. I like to eat potatoes and bananas. I figure that maybe I can just eat potatoes sometimes like you have done. I have read (on wiki, so maybe not that reliable) that to take more than 100 mg a day is quite dangerous. I have started on this amount but have been told that I can move up to 200 mg in the future if I am not happy with the amount that the drug is reducing my sex drive. Have you been on 100 mg or 200 mg, and does anyone else have much experience with Aldactone?
