Non T eunuchs

How long does it take non T eunuchs to stop having the side effects of the loss of T, hot flashes , mood swings.. From reading on here it seems to last longer in younger men who would have higher T levels.. lasting about 6 months.. Have the older non T eunuchs had shorter periods of T flush out" ?

I was castrated at the age of 41. Yes the real killer hot flashes were over in 6months to a year. Drinking too much coffee could trigger them for several years after. As far as mood swings I would not call it a swing as much as I would call it an onslaught of new emotions. T blocked a lot of feelings for me. I also have to admit to being dissociated from the 17.5 years of abuse prior to my castration. I went from a state of no physical or emotional pain to here is every feeling at once. Castration opened a Pandora's Box of emotions for me. I guess not an emotional swing but a tsunami of feelings washed over me.

I had hot flashes for about six months post castration. I was happy to see them go !

No hot flushes or emotion changes for me. Just a little claimer, my mood is better mainly because I sleep much better now.

Over 2 years almost 3 now , no mood swings ,

little to no hot flashes most went away after a year and a half

still have them

I like the calm relaxed state the little things that use to bother me don’t
