Still In Pain

Post by SharakoLunarWolf (imported) »

Hey that last thread got really long. I feel like I am going nowhere fast. I don't quite know where to post this but I need a Dr or a well trained vet to rid me of my pain. I still deal with the excruciating testicular pain and I cant function. I am trying to get medical with SSI or disability and I just can't get the real help I need. Someone out there in the Seattle area that can help or even talk to. There has to be someone out there suffering in pain or who has not testicles and can talk or maybe even someone trained who could do me a big favor.

Hi!

Try the Orchialgia group on yahoo. Lots of good info and helpful people there. I know how you feel, and where you are coming from. I ended up having a bilateral orchie, and I'm 100% pain free now. I don't take hormone replacement, as I feel I don't need it at this point in time. I don't feel any different than before, I have just as much energy as before, and my sex drive is still very high. I do feel calmer though which I like. Good luck finding some help!

I am not sure why you are having a problem getting them removed. If they are causing you that much pain, that is a valid reason for an orchi. My urologist did not even hesitate. He did insist on removing one at a time, but they are both gone now.

Find a doctor that will help you, you have a legit complaint. If you cant afford it go to the ER, hospitals have programs where they will make payment programs and or reduce/eliminate the cost depending on your needs.

Good luck

I was in the same boat as far as pain was concerned. I went through testing with two urologists. The second agreed that the pain was enough to remove them. He also only removed one at a time but they were removed. Never so glad to have surgery as I was then.

I endured a lot of testicle pain so I know what you mean. Although in my situation it was self inflicted, Not that I wanted pain, I wanted to kill my nuts. And I did. It took years and was a slow and painful process. I am still stuck with having balls, which I do not want, but they no longer produce testosterone, and they are completely insensitive to pain now. No matter how hard I, or anyone, squeezes them, they feel nothing. Wish I could suggest a remedy for you, but what I did to my balls nobody should do. Nor would they want to do. I felt your pain, wish I could wave a magic wand and fix it for you.

I posted this elsewhere but will add it here too.

Alcohol injections into testes, for me, have had a completely numbing effect not only on the teste itself, but the outer tissues and cord. What few sensitive areas and pain points I had are now completely gone, no matter how hard I squeeze my balls.

Of course, injecting alcohol into one's testes is risky, and will probably kill sperm and testosterone production. And it is something the medical profession won't do (yet) and if they find out you did it will probably throw you and your nuts into the nut house. But pain can drive one to seek unconventional solutions. Just thought I would mention it.
