Surgeons in Central Europe for castration ?

Does any one know of a surgeon in central Europe that performs castration w/o the need of psychiatrist / psychologist treatment / diagnosed?

I asked my doctor and he said I need first to have a psychiatrist evaluation, then was sent to psychological treatment and psychologist says I need 1 year at least of it before hormone treatment.

Some surgeons have told me that I need at least 1 year to of HRT and live as a woman before they can do castration and SRS.

I have been for about 5 years in self-prescribed estrogens with low doses of fincar. Fincar I cut off now and then as it affects my body in not nice way: dry skin, eyes, head aches, makes me feel and look much older. I don't have erections and have breast. I want to cut my testes so I only need to take small doses of estrogens and hopefully that will make me gain weight on my hips and thighs.

I don't want to wait for 2 years before I can get rid of my testes and have to continue taking T blockers.

Does any one know of a surgeon in central Europe that performs castration w/o the need of psychiatrist / psychologist treatment / diagnosed?

That's a common condition to get an orchiectomy -- documented one year living completely as a woman.
