What I don't care for is paying 100% of the psychotherapy bills the first two months of each year, when my insurance deductible resets to zero.

Re: finally did it
I am very fortunate to have a transgender-friendly doctor for my General Practitioner. She prescribes my hormones, and checks my blood levels every six months. I'm also fortunate to be seeing a gender psychotherapist who is a subscribed member of WPATH, every two weeks.

I totaly agree on the fact that it should be liberated as long as it is at free will. I never wear seatbelts either, i know its more dangerous, and even iff i get a ticket for it, i dot wear them. its okee as long as it is tour own choise. Many off us are indeed very determined , however it is never socially accepted to have the desire to become a eunch or loose the ability to have sex whatsoever.
anyhow all the luck on your travelling

Re: finally did it
I was wondering iff someone could explain to me why my DP doesnt do its work
i am still horny all day , masturbate on a daily base, shoot loads as before
the only real change is that i have those (minor) liver issues. The reason i did all this was because my "below parts" where controlling my whole life, and i just wanted to stop it. by meaning "get impotent" the fact that i do have liver issues wont let me administer my second dose , however iff it doenst do the job anyway......
i would be happy with some advise to get me on the right track again
the main goal remains full impotence, however based on chemicals or as long as it is reversibel (for now) Iff it feel okee for about 6 months or so i definately want it permanent. We"ll see later what the options are for that.
thx in advance !!

It does take a while for Depo-Provera injections to effect a change in your LH, FSH, and Testosterone levels. Depending on your individual body chemistry and metabolic rate, as everyone here says "Your Mileage May Vary".
I've been using Cyproterone Acetate (Androcur, Siterone) from inhousepharmacy.biz and it's done wonders for me personally. I started with 100 mg nightly for the first week, and went down to 50 mg nightly since then.

Re: finally did it
the problem was that inhouse wont ship to belgium, otherwise i would have ordered cypoterone or androcur already, maybe (even if it is a stronger medicine) it is more bearable for me as i dont coop very well with the DP.
have you had any liver issues with andro ?
damn i"d love to be impotent so soon.

The problem with personal "choice" is that people's decision-making isn't always sound. They may not have all the data, or may be clouded by emotion and other things. A person who desires something in an obsessive way, or based on faulty reasons (a person in another thread wants castration because they are frustrated with their homosexual urges), or who doesn't really understand what the effects are, etc. are not really suited to make a decision.
Humans are also very bad at personal risk judgment. Some things have to be looked at in bulk to understand the risk. Not wearing a seatbelt (your example) proves the point. Are you really sure you're ready to get paralyzed in an accident where everyone else is safe due to seatbelts. Are you sure you are accepting the consequence, or are you just thinking "it won't happen to me?" I understand that very few people would choose to wear seatbelts if there wasn't a law. It takes a bulk view -- all the people unnecessarily maimed when not wearing their seatbelts -- to define a proper choice for individuals.
Anyway, I'm saying that personal choice is only a choice if you are fully informed, not under the influence of emotion or mental illness, and you are truly, truly understanding of all the possible outcomes.

Re: finally did it
well to be honest , i do think off getting chemically castrated from morning till down. nobody will ever be sure on what he is thinking would be the right thing to do. that is also why i obtained to try chemicals first. if its not really my thing i can go back.
