Being a fan of the original Aeon Flux, I cannot understand any appreciation for Hell Girl.

I liked Aeon Flux the animated version and the graphic novels. I didn't enjoy the movie.

I have no clue who Hell Girl is. I'm not familiar with her.

Actually, an EA member tried to turn me on to Hell Girl. Like Aeon Flux it is dark.

Some like brunettes, some like anime.

The DDC seemed like the place to ask.

The original Aeon Flux was totally trippy.

I loved Aeon Flux, way back in the Liquid TV MTv days. Hell Girl, I know almost nothing about. Judging by the few minutes I've invested researching Hell Girl on Youtube, it has that boring anime-style look that I despise.

So, yeah, Aeon Flux, definitely -- which actually has an interesting look to it, instead of the generic anime look that Hell Girl has (who keeps drawing this crap?).

You can see the whole first season of Hell Girl on Netflix.

The animation is unimpressive, but many of the stories are deeply moving and thought provoking.

Hell Girl hands down for the very deep stories. Remember be very careful about contacting Hell Girl while revenge may be sweet at the moment the price is very high indeed. Love her spell she cants just before zap!
