Stonehenge, by Pueros

Another great on, Pueros! I had almost forgot that you had started this series, but when I saw the last three chapters posted I had to drop everything and read them. I was NOT disappointed!

Thanks Charlieje. Congratualtions also for your own recent superb contributions to this board, including, or perhaps I should say especially, 'The American Prince', plus some of your other comments made on other threads.

Tell you what, you keep your great works coming (cumming?) & I promise to keep submitting my humbler efforts!

There are parts I really liked and enjoyed a lot.

The heated grating was an interesting idea.

I hope that Dave will forgive me quoting him, & perhaps other writers will explain the emotion, but I feel damned by faint praise by the latest commentator's words, the only noticeboard ones I've had about 'Stonehenge', apart from Charlieje's.

However, at least, I received some remarks. Perhaps, though, they're insufficient to keep me writing for this board, after concluding my two remaining tales. I'm beginning to share other writers' disillusion with readers' apparent disinterest in properly supporting the archive.

I know that many active users of the board do not appreciate a writer such as me ('too long-winded') but I thought that at least I provided variety to the offering for a significant minority. However, perhaps, I'm disillusioned in this view.

Dear pueros,

I really like your style of writing, so please don`t stop to submit your great stories!

The excellently laid out historical background of your stories appeals to me very much because I`m interested in history and archaeology since I was a little kid.

And to have this combined with your good-developed characters and plot - I just LIKE it!

But, as Krister has written already, one cannot hurry through your story if one wants to get into it and feel what you describe so excellent.

I will submit my feedback as soon as I have enjoyed Stonehenge, promised.

Tanish
