Keep 'em?

I'm a medical eunuch and have been on HRT for about ten years. During that time both my balls and penis have shrunk. With non functioning balls, I have begun to wonder what purpose do they serve? There's times I don't even know they're there.

Is there a reason to keep them?

Only you could decide to keep them or not... DO they displease you? .. How much has your penis shrunk? I thought that did not happen to men on HRT?

I'm thinking iborg meant he's been taking drugs to inhibit his testosterone production...whatever you call them...If he's been chemically a eunuch for 10 years, one must assume he likes the state...and perhaps removal of his gonads would be a convenient solution...No mo pills...and...no mo balls dragonfly

Actually I've been taking testosterone for ten years as I have little or no production on my own. Without HRT, I go through all the things a new castrate goes through although I've never really reached that point where I reach the eunuch calm. I still enjoy sex and want to participate in it.
