Here's the thing. I've done this sort of thing and worse for years. I totally understand the rush while the obsession forms, then the weird dreamlike sensation of actually going through with the self harm. There is the rush of adrenaline where your teeth chatter, the endorphins as the pain hits and then you find it tolerable, and then there is the satisfaction in the mind over matter -- you did it, you satisfied the urge that had been obsessing you for a long time.

However, I have to warn you all -- you are still damaging and endangering yourself in ways you will probably regret. I ended up in the hospital multiple times, including surgeries to reduce haemotomas (think of one whole side of your scrotum filling up like a balloon with blood) and hydroceles (same thing but scrotum filling up with the fluid from your abdominal cavity). I have created weird lumps that turn off any woman who looks at or feels my balls, I have created chronic pain in one testicle. I worry regularly that I will get testicular cancer, but I can't tell because I have created all sorts of lumps. Any time I get a doctor to check out the physical damage I also have to see psychiatrists and go through self-harm protocols.

I understand the obsession, but I don't want to mince words -- it is self-harm and that means you are mentally disturbed. Please seek help to solve the underlying issue that drives you to the self harm. If you want to be castrated, then go through the proper avenues to do that properly. If you are compulsive and can't stop yourself, then get the proper meds to stop the obsessive-compulsive behavior. If you have body dysmorphia or gender identity issues, please get proper treatment.

As someone who has done it all, I can only say that you're starting down a path to escalating self-harm. After play piercing you'll do worse and worse. I respect that we should all be able to experience what we want, and to do what we want to our own bodies, but at some point we have to realize that any violence we direct towards ourselves is a sickness and any battle inside us needs resolution. Please aim for holisticness and health -- it is precious and you will regret destroying it and taking it for granted.

This process has allready started but will be long and drawn out which might not be a bad thing.

i do this on a weekly base, never had any problems (yet).Not only the moment itself but also the minutes before are very intense , it is indeed a sort off brainorgasm. Most off the times i do wiggle wit the needle inside, that results in pain for a couple days. Its quite obvious that this will result in permanent damage of the cells inside my testes. Even that arauses me. As mentioned above mostly the final outcome is to destroy the guys downthere. wich is good for us I think. ==> small detqil is thqt probably later this week i will hqve my first dose oof depo provera to start my chemical castration, my plans qre to do it for about two months. iff its really my thing i will stqrt injecting them with alcohol to kill them for good.

I think you're quiet right with your statement. Am I half heartedly trying to kill them? I dont know. I have had serrious thoughts of loosing them. Nutless or not, only time will tell.

I have ordered a 22 gauge by 5 inches long needle though. Longest I could find. I hope to be able to (for lack of a better word) "skewer" them both at the same time.

Oh, and a little advice: If it is as dangerous as some of you say, may I recommend banding your balls (not too tight) then lighting a funny smoke and start fantasizing about it when you go to bed, instead of actually doing it? Welcome to the club!

I first learned about sticking needles into balls on this forum and just had to try it. I have to say it was an awesome experience and once I got over the initial hesitation feeling that needle sliding through my nut was amazing.

Best way is to shower first and wash thoroughlythen paint betadine or similar around the site or swab well with surgical alcohol. As you have probably discovered by now the most painful part is getting through the skin of the scrotum so get this over fast with a quick, sure thrust then slow down and push it slowly through or as far as you like.

I haven't tried skewering both nuts at once but it shouldn't be too hard so long as the needle is long enough. If you do this I would suggest stopping short of having the point come right through your scrotum on the other side to avoid the point picking up any bugs from the outside of your skin.
